First Impressions on CleanJoy Makeup Remover Cloth

Hello beautiful people!

Today I'm going to do my first impressions on something I have been seeing all over Instagram and YouTube. If you haven't already read the title of this blog post , I am going to be trying the CleanJoy Makeup removing towel or as it mostly known makeup eraser. I personally couldn't get my hands on it earlier where I live but thanks to the internet I have it in my life now! :)

The makeup removing towel is made by a Chinese brand called CleanJoy. It comes in a plastic zip lock case with instructions on how to use it and the makeup towel itself which is hot pink in color. As soon as I opened the zip lock case and touched the towel, it felt so soft and smooth, I felt like I was holding one of these soft, furry and fluffy teddy bears you want to have in your arms all day. It is made out of microfibers which is a very soft material.

What it is and What it does:

-Ultra-soft, woven polyester-blend cloth

-Free of chemicals

-Wash it with warm water before the first use

-Removes makeup with only warm water leaving your face fresh and clean -Removes tough waterproof makeup and mascara including stage, sports, and theatrical makeup -Reusable as you can get around 1000 washes out of it

-It measures approximately 16 inches

The Test

I was wearing a heavy face of makeup yesterday and so decided to test this thing and see if it's a Yay or a Nay.

I was wearing one of my favorite foundations the Estee Lauder Double wear foundation which is one of the toughest foundations to remove using only makeup remover wipes. On my eyes I was wearing dark and shimmery eyeshadows along with black eyeliner and mascara. I wasn't wearing anything on my lips.

I wet the cloth with warm water and didn't squeeze a lot of the water removing my makeup with circular motion as the instructions said. The cloth felt so soft like a pillow on my skin and I was instantly amazed when I saw the amount of makeup being removed. The cloth removed even my eye makeup and mascara without any trouble. I was pressing and swiping the cloth softly and gently on my eyes and under them to remove my eye makeup and it actually removed everything leaving my under eyes clean without any trace of mascara or "panda" eyes! I am really in love with this makeup remover cloth it really does wonders and is so simple and easy to use. My face felt so fresh and clean after just the first use.

In addition, it is re-usable which is a good thing. Of course you have to wash it gently after removing your makeup to prevent it from being stained from the makeup. I just applied a face wash soap and gently rubbed the cloth together to get rid of the makeup stains and it was as clean as new. I squeezed the excess water out of it gently and hung it to let it air dry and ready for the next use.

I have a video for you below to watch the whole process. I applied on my hand the same products I had used on my face and removed them in the exact way I did with my face. (Please excuse my video editing skills but I'm very new with it and I'm still getting to know how the whole editing works so bare with me)

All in all and to be honest with you,I can easily say that this is one of the best purchases I have done on the internet! I am really glad I decided to get this miracle cloth. I would definitely suggest it to every person I know. Men can use it even if they don't wear any makeup. It just feels so nice on the skin and cleans the skin leaving it fresh and clean.
