I'm a makeup addict obviously and I love discovering high quality makeup with an affordable price tag. Not so long ago, I was browsing on instagram and I came across a company called Makeup Revolution London. I was instantly attracted to their products because of the incredible colors of their eyeshadow and blush palettes to the classy & gorgeous packaging of their products. So as the curious cat that I am, I researched their products and read many reviews before deciding to make a purchase from their website. A few weeks passed and I finally received my order. I cannot describe to you how happy I was to receive them; I was like a little girl receiving a huge wrapped present on her birthday. Enough rambling, let’s get started with the review.
Makeup Revolution London New-trals Vs Neutrals palette (RRP €9.78) and Makeup Revolution London Iconic Pro 2 palette (RRP €9.78).
The palettes themselves are so pretty, classic matte black with rose gold embossed writings. The shades range from neutral and colorful mattes to gorgeous shimmery ones. Each palette comes with a double ended eyeshadow blending brush that you can actually use (yaay!). I was surprised because normally I would throw the plastic brush that comes with eyeshadows because I can never actually use it, but the included brush is really good! There's also a mirror in the palette which might come in handy when you're traveling and taking the palette with you.
The shades look gorgeous and I was immediately attracted to them. In my mind I could see myself creating lots of different looks using these wonderful colors. Seriously, you can create any look your heart desires. From smokey eyes look to an everyday simple eyeshadow look, you name it.
The eyeshadows come out so smooth on the skin and the pigmentation is strong even with the matte colors. Personally , I prefer using an eyeshadow primer on my eyelids before using any eyeshadow, because I have oily eyelids (yes there's such a thing as oily eyelids!) as it makes your eyeshadow stay longer without creasing and it makes the colors pop more.

Here are a few looks I created on myself and my sister. (Excuse the quality of the first photo... it was taken from the front camera of my phone.)

New-trals Vs Neutrals Palette: Bias as an under the brow bone color, Custom in the crease, Adapt as a transition color, Strong on the outer V of the eyelids and Cool on the middle of the eyelids using a setting spray to make it pop more.

Iconic Pro 2 Palette: Only as an under the brow bone color, New-tral as a base and transition color, Awaken on the eyelid using a setting spray to make it like a foil eyeshadow and Smooth on the outer V. I also applied some glitter to the inner corners.
I love both palettes and there are so many looks you can create using them. If you can get your hands on either one of the palettes or both I say go for it/them!!!
